Located at the northern edge of Girona, between the road to Sant Gregori and the banks of the Ter River, this sector is primarily intended for the establishment of residential uses compatible with services. An orthogonal grid of streets oriented north-south and east-west defines the housing blocks, surrounded by large open spaces and urban parks. The gradients are designed to minimize earth movement, featuring a separate sanitation system with solid and hydrocarbon removal for the first flush of surface runoff from the roads.
