Urban development works aimed at regenerating a former industrial area. Currently, this zone consists of residual industrial uses and deteriorated housing. The plan includes a full remodel of the area, extending the existing Avinguda dels Ferrocarrils Catalans and connecting it with Avinguda del Baix Llobregat. New public spaces, green areas, and streets will be developed to define the new plots designated for future residential buildings. The urban plan is divided into two key development phases (PAU).
