A comprehensive façade renovation on the office building (2013) transformed it into a green façade that reflects Comexi’s commitment to sustainability, enhancing interior comfort by filtering natural light, absorbing incident radiation, and providing thermal protection. A complete interior transformation of the former foundry building (2015) repurposed the space for production and assembly. Interior renovations on two office floors (2016 and 2019) brought modern and functional installations to the workspace.
