The project outlines the layout of new roads and the necessary features for the urbanization of three new sectors to be developed for industrial use. The new road network is designed considering accessibility to each plot and access to the C-17 highway, with future plans for new connections to the C-35. Stormwater management is addressed through the creation of retention ponds to prevent potential downstream flooding.
