The company considered grouping the logistics services, the warehouse and the administrative services in the same building. ABM designed and projected Frit Ravich’s new corporate headquarters and its new logistics warehouse. 90% of the interior space of the new ship is completely diaphanous and allows the transition between admissions, storage and expeditions. The offices are designed according to the company’s operational needs, with open spaces and common areas that offer a lot of versatility.

Structure used by the offices: prefabricated elements of reinforced concrete, and ceilings with pre-stressed pre-slabs finished with in-situ concrete with 9-meter lights.
Structure used in the logistics ship: made up of metal gantry 65 meters of light and an inter-axle of 8.5 meters, with a free height under the gantry of 13.70 meters. Two-gable Deck-type cover, rainwater collection with siphon system.
